Ross is the Chief Operating Officer, and alongside Truls, runs YMP’s global operations both in-house and via Upwork. Ross also writes about business and entrepreneurship on Upwork’s Expert Blog, and Entrepreneur.com!
Jordan is the Chief Marketing Officer, and also helped create what today is YMP. Jordan is in charge of new client activations, besides helping run YMP’s initiatives in North America.
Vanessa Barraclough is the Chief Financial Officer of YMP, and oversees all the payables and finances related to YMP’s operations.
